Thomas Linkenheil, Executive Managing Director
Thomas joined Hansen Protection in June 2025 and has over 20 years’ experience in highly regulated, high-tech industries, including food packaging, marine electronics, oil and gas, and medical robotics.
He has held senior international roles focused on identifying new market applications, leading post-merger integrations, and scaling multicultural businesses. His leadership approach is rooted in a customer-focused approach, digital transformation, and building high-performing global teams to drive sustainable growth.
Thomas holds an engineering degree, and in his free time, he enjoys sailing, cross-country skiing, and spending time with his family.
Terje Gorm Hansen, Head of Integrated Services, Production and Service NCS
After a long period as Managing Director of Hansen Protection AS from 1995 until May 2023, Terje went over in a new role as Head of Integrated Services, Production and Service in Norway. He joined the Helly-Hansen Group in 1980, initially as a sales representative. Hansen has extensive experience within production, sales, customer relations and product management. With continued responsibility for the rental business on the Norwegian continental shelf, Terje continues the development of an important business area for Hansen Protection AS.
Fredrik Joachim Eriksen, Personal Protection
Fredrik Joachim Eriksen has been Head of Personal Protection since January 2019. He joined Hansen Protection in February 2016 and have worked with sales and business development. Prior to Hansen Protection he had various senior sales and management positions in developing international sales and business. Eriksen holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Newcastle Business School, Australia.
Arvid Tryfoss, Boat Canopies & Special Products
Arvid Tryfoss has been Head of Marine & Special Products since 2014. He joined the Helly Hansen group in 2007 as Site Manager in Kristiansand. Previously, Tryfoss held various management positions at Christiansand's / Hansa Borg breweries. He has an education in business economics and administration from the University of Agder, Norway.
