Danish Sea Rescue and Hansen Protection enter strategic cooperation
The Danish Sea Rescue Organization (DSRS) and sea survival equipment specialists Hansen Protection AS of Norway are pleased to announce they have entered into a long-term collaboration agreement. The agreement covers personal protection gear for DSRS's volunteer crews. DSRS has chosen Hansen Protection as supplier of personal protection equipment with rescue suits and lifejackets being the most important items. In particular, Hansen Protection's SeaSwim MSAD II Rescue Suits and SeaLife Rescue Pro Lifejackets. Both have been designed together with active rescue teams specially for marine rescue operations. These and other equipment being supplied has been extensively tested in tough conditions by the Norwegian Sea Rescue Organization, and DSRS will benefit from this.
Kristian Hansen, Coordinator at DSRS says, "We are an active organization that assists recreational boat owners and other boat owners at sea in need of year-round assistance. We execute more than 600 operations every year where we help distressed boat owners at sea.
